MAKEUP TIPS: Eyebrows
the best time to pluck your eyebrows is after a shower. the steam from the shower releases some pressure on the hair follicles, so when you pluck, it leaves less redness and its less painful (for my firstime pluckers) it leaves a clean finish. TRUST.
when you fill in your brows: go two shades lighter than your haircolor, opposite if your hair is grey or blonde.

i dont break out much, but i do get dry and my t-zone gets oily on hot days.
